To support Learning & Development professionals in designing accessible learning experiences, OLxD (Organizational Learning & Development Community) is pleased to announce the release of the Inclusive Learning Event Checklist for L&D Professionals.

On Saturday, April 27th, the OLxD (Organizational Learning and Development) community hosted its first L&D hangout of the year — a well-attended and highly engaging event that brought together over 100 L&D professionals from across industries and sectors at The Zone Park, Gbagada, Lagos.

The Organizational Learning & Development (OLxD) Community is launching a transformative initiative, Beyond Adult Education: Pathways to Corporate Learning Excellence, a three-part webinar series designed to introduce undergraduates and recent graduates of Adult Education and other education-related disciplines across African universities to career opportunities in corporate Learning & Development (L&D).

As the year draws to a close, the OLxD community gathered for the fourth edition of the L&D Hangout—an event that brought together Learning & Development professionals, HR leaders, and business experts for an afternoon of fun, networking, and connection.

The OLxD Hangout in partnership with Nexford University, held on September 21, 2024, was a fantastic blend of learning, networking, and fun.

The second OLxD Hangout was an event to remember, bringing together industry professionals, educators, and eLearning enthusiasts for an afternoon filled with insightful discussions and networking.

Following the resounding success of its inaugural edition, the Organizational Learning and Development (OLxDCon24) team is proud to announce the return of the conference for the second consecutive year.
